3. VGA or Video Graphics Array: This is the most common video connections found on laptops and PCs. However, only HDTVs have this connection while a normal TV require PC to television converter to use this connection. You have to use USB converters and a separate audio cable for the purpose.
4. S-Video or Super Video: This is the most common method of connection as most of the TVs and laptops have this connection. This is not regarded as the best quality connection. It has also the audio limitation like other two methods discussed above.
5. Composite connections or RCA connections: It is a red, yellow and white connection in which red is right analog audio, white is left analog audio and yellow is composite video.
After connecting the laptop to your TV, select the correct input on your TV, whether it is AV1 or AV2. In the end, adjust or change the resolution on your laptop until the picture quality is good.
